They can help in the implementation of all the activities they undertake, e.g. helping refugees, pro-environmental activities, working with children and youth, helping people at risk of social exclusion, activating seniors. Workers participate in the ESC through the sending organisation in their country of residence and the host organisation which receives them and provides work. At the end of the work, each participant receives a Youthpass certificate describing the acquired competences.
Do I need to know a Polish language?
You do not need to know the polish language, as there is on-line language support for the workers or on-site activities. Communicative knowledge of English is recommended, which greatly facilitates communication at the beginning of the project.
